Even for older memories that are still hurtful to think about, grab your bad news journal and begin to write!
On the first page, write what happened. On the second page, write what you learned. You will realise that even the most painful moments hide something important for you to learn, something beautiful.
Write the date, and make sure you visit this journal any time you need to be reminded that life is filled with incredible lessons that make us wiser.
